Co-Founder · Strategy & Complex Mandates
He sees the board before the first move.
Mo works on the architecture surrounding complex decisions. He maps the legal, institutional, commercial and stakeholder forces around a mandate, identifies the dependencies capable of changing the outcome, and builds the sequence through which the right specialists can act.
His role is not to replace counsel, public-affairs advisers, financial specialists or other regulated professionals. It is to make sure each adviser is working on the right part of the same problem — in the right order — while the principal remains several decisions ahead rather than one step behind.
Across borders, institutions and private interests, he turns complexity into sequence, sequence into leverage, and leverage into execution.

Where others see separate problems, he looks for the system connecting them.
