Discretion by design
You decide who learns what.
Privacy at Claves is a set of decisions you control, not a slogan. This is how disclosure is handled, in plain terms.
Minimal first contact
The enquiry form asks for the least we need to understand the shape of a request. Nothing sensitive belongs in it.
An approved channel for detail
Sensitive discussion moves to a channel agreed with you after first contact, never a public web form.
Authorised disclosure
You authorise which parties receive your identity and context. A specialist is briefed on what the task requires, and no more.
A record of who knows what
The House keeps track of who was introduced to whom, so disclosure stays deliberate.
Defined retention
Information is kept only as long as the purpose, the law and legitimate records require, then removed.
Named protection as a working practice
Where a task allows it, the House approaches a vendor without naming you, and tells you when that is not possible.
For how information submitted through this site is handled, see the Privacy Notice and the Confidentiality & Discretion statement. Nothing here is a slogan: every line above describes a working practice, not a promise of invulnerability.
