The House

Small by design. Founder-led by principle.

Important private matters should not disappear into a chain of account managers. Every relationship has a named founder responsible for judgement, communication and coordination.

Founder proof

Real work, before the House.

Andrea’s record includes more than a decade of private-chef work, including Mugaritz and Osteria Francescana, across international private homes and journeys. Three moments show what that record is made of.

Private Chef · Five Cities

A Household in Motion

Six months. One principal. London, New York, Gstaad, Paris and Rome. The setting changed continuously. The standard could not.

Continuity · discretion · private-house standards across countries

Bordeaux · Private Wine Dinner

The Vintage Release

For the release of Liber Pater’s 2015 vintage, Andrea advised the food-and-beverage programme and delivered a private dinner for figures from the wine world.

Rare-wine context · cultural programming around a story

LIMA Fitzrovia · Dining in the Sky

A Kitchen Above the City

Andrea organised and led the culinary execution of a high-profile aerial dinner for LIMA Fitzrovia, calm execution when the setting itself is complicated.

Mohammad Ali Shahbaz · The strategic architecture

One complex principal mandate.

Mo begins with the system surrounding a decision: the forces, dependencies and order through which specialists can act. This is an illustration of his approach, not a claim about a completed client mandate.

The principal’s decision stays central. Counsel and other specialists retain their professional responsibilities; Claves maps how their work fits together.

Co-Founder · Experience & Access

“How should this feel?”

Andrea represents human understanding, hospitality, taste, cultural fluency and the emotional quality of an experience. He begins with the person rather than the catalogue.

His role is to understand the individual behind the request and make sure the result feels considered, personal and coherent from beginning to end.

Co-Founder · Strategy & Complex Mandates

“What has to be true for this to work?”

Mo represents structure, consequence, professional coordination, risk and senior decision support. His focus is the system surrounding the request: advisers, dependencies, sequence, institutions and accountability.

His role is to keep the complete architecture visible when several disciplines or stakeholders need to move around one decision.

Two keys

Held by two founders, not a queue.

Andrea Zagatti

The person and the experience

How it should feel. Who the request is really for. The detail that makes it personal.

Mohammad Ali Shahbaz

The architecture and the dependencies

What has to be true. Which specialists are required, in what order, and who is responsible for our agreed work.

You never decide whom to call. Tell the House what needs to happen, and it routes internally.

Same brief. Two questions.

Different perspectives. One House.

Andrea asks

  • How should arrival feel?
  • What matters to the family emotionally?
  • What will make the new life feel personal?
  • What will the children remember?
  • How should the home actually function?

Mo asks

  • What has to happen first?
  • Which specialists are genuinely required?
  • What depends on immigration or school timing?
  • What requires legal, tax or banking advice?
  • What changes for security, household and travel?

Membership begins with a key

A key, not a download.

Seventeen numbered Founding Keys mark the first relationships of the House. The key is the symbol of belonging. The private House behind the Keyholder’s Door simply supports the relationship it represents.

Founding Key, individually numbered. Photography of the finished keys follows their completion.

The name

Claves. Latin for keys.

The role of the House is not to show off how many doors it knows. It is to understand which door matters, open it responsibly and remain present after it opens.

A key is only valuable when it opens the right door.
