Recreating a Honeymoon, Forty Years Later
A family asked us to relive their honeymoon exactly as it was forty years earlier — though the hotels had changed hands, the restaurants had closed and most of the original itinerary no longer existed. We traced what remained, verified what we could, and rebuilt the rest piece by piece, so the family could revisit one of life's defining memories with remarkable authenticity.
Beneath the Northern Lights
A client wished to propose in complete privacy beneath the Aurora Borealis — a moment that depended entirely on weather, timing and a remote location. We coordinated aviation, accommodation and private dining while keeping every element flexible until the skies actually cleared, and the moment neither client would forget unfolded exactly as intended.
Finding a Painting That Had Disappeared
A collector asked whether a painting, absent from public view for years, still existed at all. It had passed through several private collections with no trace in any catalogue. Working through specialist contacts, we reconstructed its history, located its current owner and arranged a private viewing the collector had believed impossible.

- Confidentiality Client information is shared only where necessary to assess or deliver an agreed mandate. Sensitive matters are handled on a need-to-know basis.
- Founder Accountability Every engagement has a named founder lead who remains accountable for communication, judgement and coordination.
- Independent Selection Specialists and suppliers are selected according to the requirements of the mandate. Relevant commercial relationships or commissions are disclosed where appropriate.
- Professional Boundaries Claves House coordinates specialist work but does not present itself as a law firm, regulated financial adviser, medical provider, investigation agency or security company. Appropriately qualified independent professionals are engaged when required.
