Roles and responsibilities
Every mandate identifies the work Claves House undertakes and the specialists or operators responsible for particular services. We provide relevant practical information and coordinate within that agreed scope. We remain responsible for our own duties and for any additional responsibility imposed by law.
Conditions outside our control
Travel and events can be affected by weather, crime, terrorism, public health restrictions, transport disruption, fire, civil disorder or decisions of a venue or authority. We cannot guarantee the absence of risk. Relevant known conditions, contingency arrangements and participation requirements should be considered before commitment.
Operator authority
For aircraft, boats, vehicles, expedition activity and controlled venues, lawful operator and safety instructions take priority. A captain, pilot, guide or safety lead may change or stop an unsafe activity. Tell the relevant provider about necessary accessibility, health or allergy requirements through the agreed channel.
Documents and insurance
Travel documents, entry requirements, health requirements and insurance must be checked for the actual traveller and destination. For official destination information, consult the relevant authorities, including UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office advice where applicable.
Emergency boundaries
Emergency assistance, close protection and monitoring are provided only under an expressly agreed service with a specified provider, operating scope and contact procedure. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services first. No travel protection or insolvency protection should be assumed from our brand, a photograph or a general website description.
