Before you trust us with your life

The House proves itself.

A relationship this private should begin with scrutiny. Here is how Claves is built, what it will and will not do, and why an existing relationship never decides which specialist is chosen.

Founders, named and accountable

Every relationship is held by Andrea Zagatti and Mohammad Ali Shahbaz. A named founder is responsible for judgement, communication and coordination.

Real work, not claims

Selected mandates are shown as context, difficulty, route and outcome, with details adapted to protect confidentiality.

Professional boundaries

Claves coordinates qualified independent professionals. It does not itself provide legal, tax, financial, medical or security advice.

Privacy architecture

First contact asks for the minimum. Sensitive discussion moves to an approved channel. You authorise which parties receive identity and context.

How providers are selected

The route is chosen for the situation. An existing relationship, or any commercial arrangement, does not determine whether a specialist is selected.

What Claves does not do

No wallets, no stored value, no deposits, no guarantees of access or outcome. Third-party discretion and requirements always apply.

Commercial transparency

Published figures are Claves House professional fees. Third-party expenditure is scoped and approved before commitment, and relevant commercial relationships are disclosed.

Relationship governance

Ownership, authority, expenditure and reporting are agreed before work begins, and documented.

Your relationship remains yours

For referred clients, client ownership and communication boundaries are agreed before Claves engages.
